:tazz: I open up "My Computer", but there is only a C drive. I have a dvd-rw drive. need help please! I looked up the system thing and there is that yellow ! mark. Thanks for the help in advance.

After reading about another post, I remmeber this happening after I monkeyed around with Itunes. This may interest you- I get an error when trying to re-install:

-Unhandled Exeption.
-Error Number:0x80040707
-Description: Dll Function Call crashed: QTinstallinfo.NeedsInstall
-Setup will now terminate.

Thanks again.

Ok. I downloaded the CDgone patch and my DVD-RW drive shows up, but only under removable storage. Shouldn't it be under Hard Disk Drives? I tried to write a cd, but it said it couldnt find the drive! I'm confused. :tazz: Thanks in advance.

why would it show up under hard disk when its a removable storage device? try using a third party software such as nero to create a cd\dvd.
