Abetterinternet removal

Everytime I turn on my computer, my Zone Alarm constantly asks me if I want to allow Abetterinternet access to the internet from my computer. The issue is that everytime I hit "deny" and click "always block" a new version pops up when I turn my computer on again.

How do I remove this annoyance?

I also posted this in the Hijackthis forum.
