video card...adapter or monitor

i have a digiview hr-75 monitor a sis 6326 video card and have installed all my drivers after reformating my hard drive but now al the pics come thru fuzzy..dissorted....
for a brief moment i had sharp colors but then they went back to being fuzzy..what to do
