For example if i scan "world" i shows me " w~rld"

what should i do ? :tazz:

1. should i change my scanner to higher version ?

2. Is there any way to change .jpg file into .txt format.

Re 1: I'm sure you could get a better program, but document scanning programs are about the most expensive going because large corporations use them on a production basis to convert their old files to e-documents. Whether one will be good enough that you don't have to proof the converted text, I don't know. Maybe someone else can answer that.

Re 2: There is no program that will convert the .jpg to .txt, the scanners I'm acquainted with (very limited) use the .bmp format, you can use the paint program to convert to .bmp, if the Paint in your machine can't do that you can get software here

www.irfanview.com

that can do batch conversions, and it's free!
