I've followed all the guidelines in the "Read this first" thread, and I'm still having trouble with the trojan horse file awvvw.dll. My antivirus program, AntiVir, continues to locate that particular file in the system32 folder, but it is unable to delete it, and I'm unable to manually delete it. Any help in getting rid of it would be greatly appreciated. I'll post my HijackThis log momentarily.
