The VBS.Gaggle.D was found in C:\Program Files\Dell\Media Experience\PCMSkin.js

Can you find: C:\Program Files\Dell\Media Experience\PCMSkin.js
Rightclick the file and choose "Open with..."
Choose Notepad as the program to open it with.

Post the content of the file.

You can safely delete this one:
C:\Documents and Settings\Andrew\Application Data\Aim\lalfuxad\irspecr\info.htm
Even if it isn't a virus, it can't be very important.
