moh pacific assault login error

When I try to login to online games in pacific assault, it says
"unable to login, reason unknown"

can anyone help me solve this problem please?

i tried to allow the ports listed on the technical support for moh but that didnt do anything

Has this problem just started to happen? or has it been always been like this?
Do you have the 1.1 patch installed?
Have you tried reinstalling the game?
