Mouse Switched and Stuck in Inverted

im using a touchpad on my sony vaio, and by mistake seemed to have switched my touchpad to work inverted (right=left, up=down etc.) how can i change it back?

Look in Settings, Control Panel, or in the System tray right bottom.
