I dont really know the cause but when i press the button to open my compact disc drive, it wont open

maybe it got jammed, or maybe it died altogether. Anyways, you can manually open the disc drive by inserted a small object (paper clip works well) into the small hole just below the tray itself that comes out when you open it. Put the paper clip in the small hole and push it in, you will know you got it right when the tray opens a little bit and then you can grab it and pull it gently the rest of the way open. If there is nothing jamming it that you can see, then your best bet is to go and get a new one because they aren't worth repairing.
