i recently purchased a brand new laptop and installed microsoft word 2000 from microsoft worksuite 2000 from my old computer
word worked fine for about 4 days but now it wont open saying 'Microsoft Word for Windows has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.' etc
i sent the error reports and updated the software it sed that shud fix the problem but it didnt
can anyone help me please??
