my computer is infected with the w32/alemod.d.dll which has infected the file System32\wininet.dll. Macafee can not clean, delete or quarantine the file. I have run all the prerequisites programs recommended on this site. Here is my hijack log.

Thanks. I fixed it. Found out an easy solution.

Went to the infected file wininet.dll. Changed it to wininet.old. Rebooted and scanned it. Macafee fixed it. I then changed the name back to wininet.dll and rebooted.

All is well.
