I have windows 2000 and am under administrator and another name, my D drive isnt showing up under administrator but is on the other name i am also getting this: \device\harddiskVolume2\$mft What does it mean? Please help, thankyou

Go to Computer Management (START-->SETTINGS--->CONTROL PANEL, click on administrative tools, then computer management, then double click on disk management, and format the D drive from in there. Back up any information on that drive you want to save first of course :tazz:
