Hi Guys,

I have recently got a trojan on my computer from this site: www.ultraddl.info/msnplus8final.exe. The link was sent via msn. I can no longer use norton and it stops me from going to the mcafee online virus scan site. I've dl HiJackThis but can't open it. Spybot S&D doesn't pick it up. It spreads itself through msn. It sends the link to all online contacts and won't let you talk online.

When I try to open Norton I get this message: "Norton Antivirus has encountered an internal program eror. Uninstall and re-install Norton Antivirus". I uninstalled and re-installed and it just came up with the same message. I can't use Task Manager either. I open it and it closes within 10secs of opening. From info i have gathered of the net, I believe it is "Trojan horse, backdoor generic HMK" affecting C:\Windows\System32\csrss.exe.

Any suggestions on removing it without reformatting would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time,
Umm
