hi, I've been searching around this forum for a solution but i can't seem to find anything that matches exatly to my problem, and to be honest i'm not really sure what it is im looking for:

I keep getting these problems:

on Computer starting up...

Kern32 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

crsrs.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Machine Debug Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

ON Connecting to internet...

snss.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

msnmsgr.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

pupdate.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

protopro.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I've tried to install that spybot search and destroy but when i ran it , it encountered a problem and needed to close, they were sorry for the inconvenience.

Can you you help please?

Let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log as a new topic in the Hijack This forum. It will get a better response there from the people most qualified to analyze logs.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide. Also see this post.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
