Missing program file:

Cannot access a necessary file, "mscoree.dll"

Can anyone tell me how to restore the above file?

You don't want to as DotNet is spyware..

Go to This Thread and follow the directions exactly..

Once you have finished, post a HiJackThis log in the Malware Forum (link is in my signature) and let the guru's there have a look at it!!
