Need help finding front panel

I need a front panel card that has audio connectors but doesnt just route them from the back i have all the necisarry connectors on my mobo but can find a panal plz help i found this http://www.newegg.co...N82E16813998501 but am not sure if the audio connects to mobo/sound card or just the back panel.
