I have a extra tool bar on explorer and wish to remove it. I have norton anti virus telling me that i have a trojan horse that can not be removed. I assume that this the problem but i know just enough about computers to be dangerous. I have run much of the spyware removal programs recomended and have removed a lot of bad files but still can not remove this particular one. Norton describes it as windows\system32\dmsti.exe . Iwould appreciate any help.
