When I realised that it was like doing the crossword puzzle with results. Now, it is Sunday, I should be doing something else but no, my family's at some school do, so, unpaid, in a short while I will turn up at work and see if there are any new sick comps, nice to know that we are the last bastion between the Microsoft empire and world malware dominance, btw, which are good quys? :tazz:

When I got effective and accurate help here at G2G, I decided it's only fair to help others as well. I then became part of the GeekU, and am also helping out at other forums such as IAmNotAGeek.com and BleepingComomputer.

I just happened to have a couple of PC questions a few months back, and a search on Google led me to this website. I signed up, posted my question, and in a couple of hours time got the answers I wanted. Upon browsing around the website, I saw a couple of topics asking questions that I could answer or offer help on, so I just popped by and posted a reply and...yeah.

I'm not really 'interested' in spyware if you know what I mean - I just like offering some help when I can, and since I still post my own questions and issues asking for help on this forum every now and then, I figure that in this way I can 'give' a little back, in a way. ^_^

I've been in the spyware/malware removal for 2years now. It all started with an infection from smiley central. mouse started acting weird, got popups constantly, and my system was constantly busy.

after I got cleaned up I applied to 2 different classrooms, one at Spywareinfo and one at TomCoyote. The rest is history.

Not sure =)

I try and get people to post every now and then.

A lot of the Trusted Helpers also work all around the site, but we do have some Trusted Techs who need to post =)

Maybe Ill get them to do that :tazz:

Im not interested in it, i hate it makes all the lovely hardware there is stop working properly. And i am way to impatient to learn how to get rid of spyware that is to stubborn to be removed by a nice anti spyware app.

I beleive in affirmitive action, if you ever meet someone that writes spyware beat them with a spyware infected hard drive, they can be pretty clever folk as well imagine what they could do if they focused there energies on something productive. So if you are spyware hope you never meet me cause i dont like you.

In the pst year I have been nailed by some pretty mean viruses on my Windows XP drive, I had no choice but to start boning up on the world of malware and viruses.

Sad but i started working on maleware spyware all that good ware issues in about the 8th grade(but didnt know thats what it was yet) thats about 8 years for me now.

Sad because I should know so much more than I do.But i started because my Great Grandfather is a large um, unclean website viewer and I have been repairing his (many) machines since then.

It's also a justice thing, think about it. Most average users don't know the difference between HDD and CD, MB and GIG. But just by reading an e-mail from a supposed friend a nasty can climb in and completely mess up their day causing them time and money for no good reason. Being able to help the helpless in any way I can, (and being not so macho) using my brain and whatever skills I have acquired (all self taught, which is where most of my problems come from haha) to save them money and help protect them from the nasties out there the best I can just makes me feel good inside.:)

Ever since I got a laptop... about 5 months ago.
Just recently she got a virus, but using malwarebytes I cleaned it up.
I love computers :)
