I'm at school and they limit our internet activity to 1500mb for a week. I was wondering if any one knows of a good program to monitor all my traffice. I want to download things but I don't want to get in trouble for going over the limit.

Thats quite a lot they give you :)

I would suggest using a Traffic Monitor.
