I have downloaded files off of limewire that have file names a paragraph long which is what i now know not to download but the three that i did can not be deleted. I shift delete nothing happens. I drag to the recycling bin nothing happens. i click on the file name to change it and my computer goes "bong" and thats it. When i right click it offers to play it in windows media so i try and let it but nothing happens and it doesnt add to my library. The only right click options are play, add to now playing, at to playlist, at to sync, at to burn, open with, and send to. PLEASE PLEASE HELP

Do these files say anything like not able to delete or something wierd like that? Maby something like you don't have rights to delete? Reason why is because I got that sort of thing it a demo file I can't delete, a Bullgaurd folder that won't delete and an Altnet in the registry that won't delete.

hey Stuman, Welcome to G2G

The folks at the malware forum will have you run some utilities then post the log files in the forum for them to look at, they will then give you instructions on getting malware, spyware and viruses out of your computer....from your post i see your installed Kazaa at some point...you should go to the forum now......

MoveOnBoot is pretty good about deleting stubborn files right before Windows starts.
