I have had the Sims on my computer b4 but then i uninstalled it. Now i am trying to reinstall it it says " C:WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications....
What does that mean??????

Go to the sims web site, Under game patces look for The Sims Eraser. Download that. Then , with your disc in the drive, open up My Computer, scroll down to where you see the sims icon, It's a blue circle. open that up and look for sims eraser then click on it about 4 times to make sure its gone. Close everything out, Take the disc out of the drive then restart your computer and re-install the game. Thats what I had to do when the same thing happened to me.
