I cant even access this site from my other computer i am pretty sure it is smitfruad it has the red exlimation poin on start menu bar changed back ground

But unlike usual it is bloking me from accsesing any help sites i cant even get hijack this downloaded what do i do/////windows 98 on that computer i need fixed before the whole system crashes like my other 1
