Hi everybody, I'm new here and I'm looking for some help. My computer restarts itself randomly, and it is getting quite frequent. After it restarts, I get an Ad-Watch alert that reads:

Registry modification detected
Root: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Key: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Value: KernelFaultCheck
Data:
New Data: %systemroot%\system32\dumprep 0 -k

My Internet Explorer, as well as my Firefox, tends to say that it has caused an error and needs to close. I'm not too sure if this is related, but i just noticed that it started happening after I began getting these Ad-Watch alerts. This is not the first time that my computer has gotten this way. I have reformatted about 3 times already, what am I doing wrong? Someone please help.
