I share a PC with my kids who until recently have been using MSM Messenger 7.5 to chat with their friends. Now when they log in they can't connect. When I troubleshoot the test results are all OK but the Key Ports. Anybody know what this is oand how to fix it.
Thanks in anticipation

Thats happend to me loads of times!

What you do is close msn messanger, close the internet and restart your pc. Then connect to the internet and then try signing into msn.

If that doesnt work, if you have firewall, check in the allow list it says msn messanger 7.5.

Let me know how you get on? :tazz:

There is a msn forum where you can ask for help and I think the aswer is already in there! I don't remember the adress so just go to google and type msn problems or messenger problems or messenger problems forum.. or something like that.
