cant open controll panel and a few more.

when i try to open Control Panel or Windows Security Alert it just shuts down and goes to the desktop.
I have cleaned with Ewido, Ad-Aware,AVG,Spyboy and Microsoft Anti SPyware....anyone got a guess???pls
