my spyware needs killin' - here's my HJT logfile

I have taken the preparation steps listed on your website (geekstogo) to try to clean the spyware off of my PC. It's still there - the symptom is that IE windows open up frequently - here is one URL that shows up often:

Also, not sure if it's related, but the new version of Ad-aware I downloaded (1.06) hangs when I attempt to scan.

I'm quite sure repairs.dl and the entry following it below need to go, but I don't know how to get that done.

It seems I fixed the problems using reglite to get rid of repairs.dll and l2mfix to remove the other offending HTL startup entry.
