Sorry my english is not that good but Im german:

A few days ago i wanted to boost up my system. I used tweak town , since Im german i only did what i could figure out. I exported my registry. Then I did most of tweak. Since then things started to go worse, after reboot compurt didnt really improve and had problems, so i wanted to undo it. I importat the registry but only parts could be restored. Since then i been running numeros programms because i thought i can fix the problems. programms installed and run: norten, adaware, spybot, spyblaster, Ashampo Winoptimizr, autoruns/c, cachemen, bootvis, regcleaner, TCPOptimizer.

And worst of all I think I have a virus, because when i dl it starts at 200+ and decreases fast to about 70 and decreases in slower steps.

I'm never 100% sure when these logs aren't in English, but I don't see anything malicious. Have you checked with your Internet provider?

300 would be pretty fast for a DSL connection. Do you know what speed you're supposed to be getting? What may be happening is that you're downloading at max speed, and then the carrier "throttles" your connection speed to the rated speed.
