Problem with Real Arcade

I cant yet my games to play. When I push play button screen clears then goes straight back to play game screen. I am very new to computers so please explain everything to me simply. Thanks

Have u tryed using Gamespy Arcade as that is good ?

I have Real Arcade. There seems to be a bit of a problem with them at present. I have upgraded my driver download this morning. Thanks for the advice anyway.
