i Need help to set up a CoD UO server

Hey guys i read most of the post and they were really helpful or rather informative but i cnt get my server up and running. what do i do after this:

i have downloaded the 1.51b patch and when i go to look for the server on the internet or u know where the join game thing is it never comes up, i have waited untill there is no moere and my server never shows up. can any one help??

this thread has a lot of good info in it.

really once you have your config file setup the way you want it then all you would need to do is upload it to the site where you are hosting your server as well as any custom maps and mods. if you want to run a 10-20 man server the only real way to do it is to host it someplace like TrinityGaming.com ( just one of many out there).

Ya you will need a rock solid cable or dsl line to host a good server.

The upload has to be good.

Test your upload at www.pcpitstop.com and i can tell you how many clients you can hold at max.

Alot of people dont have rock solid performance, lol and high upload so they have to rent from a server company that uses fiber optics so you will get great pings.

The rental way is better overall. Way better. You wont host jack unless you have around 768 kilobits per second upload. I have seen great smaller servers with less upload though. 512 kilobits upload really is plenty for a lagless small game.... I would not host over 10-12 people on 512 kilobits upload.
