Is there any program that will Partition a hard drive so that one side is secure and the other is public? If anyone knows of any please respond.

There's lots of privacy software out there. You can also just make a hidden folder in C: so that it can only be opened by changing to "view hidden files and folders". You can get software that will require a password to open some folders. I don't know about hiding a whole partition.

You can encrypt files and folders with most compression software. Also if on na network the only files that can be viewed are ones that have been set as shared.
