Everytime I tunr on my computer, I get this pop-up saying Found New Hard Ware, and I haven't installed anything new.
It really bothers me when I have to cancel it everytime I start.
Then there are 2 New Hardwares that really gets me supicious.
Its named some thing like jksadlmn and some other thing.
Help with this?

do the things that you found with yellow ? correspond to the new hardware your computer is finding? if so....try to get updated drivers for them....if you know what they are and you know you don't use them..then yes..you can disable them
