When I look at my Processes in the task manager window I see a lot of processes running. I don't know what or why they are there and do I necessarily need them running cause I am out of memory and I would like to close some of these things. Like what does WSup.exe do, do I need it? TBPS.exe? WToolsA.exe? iTunesHelper.exe. Half of this stuff, like iTunes I don't think I even have that on my computer. What do I do to fix the problem of cleaning up my computer and getting the unnecessary off the computer without restoring it? I can't even open stuff anymore cause something pops up saying that IOut of Memory. What do I do?

You can google them or go to www.answersthatwork.com

It will tell you what each process does and tell you whether it is essential or not.

Have you cleaned out your temp. files.
