PC Troubles

Yeah, ok, so, yesterday i come home to see that my parents signed me off of my account (dont ya hate that?). Antd they said something about a virus or soemthing. So i check it out, i sign on my account a virus detection keeps popping up. And my desktop background changed to this big message that said "Your computer is infected" and a bunch of other stuff that i dont remember. Ive had this happen before, and i did get rid of the virus and (hopefully) all of the adware/spyware. But now, my comp randomly will slow down and lag horribly, but then it will go back to normal in a few sconds (about 7-10 seconds). Also, i cant access my Desktop background in my Display Properties. Ive had this happen before too, but id ont rmember how i fixed it. Ill reply to this post with a log of Hijackthis.
