Hello,

I am not a Hotmail user, but a couple things to try. First, which web browser are you using? Many people (including myself) are fans of Firefox, the OS browser and I am pretty sure it is compatible with MSN Hotmail (not sure since MS will occasionally use activex controls that Firefox can't handle). Other options if you are using Internet Explorer is to empty your cache and temporary internet files. Simply click on "Tools" on the upper bar and on the new window you will see a button for "Delete Cookies" and "Delete Files" under "Temporary internet files". Try clicking both and see if your problem clears up.

Cheers,
Tom

What version of ActiveX and IE are you running? Is your Jave Runtime Environment up to date? What usually causes script errors like these is out of date runtime envoroments, including the one supplied with IE.
