Help with Sony Giga Pocket

I was wondering if anyone can help me please. When I try to start my TV (Giga pocket) I get the following message:

Another application is using hardware overlay. Please retry after exiting another application using overlay function. When another application does not exsist, windows high refresh rate setting may be inappropriate.

I have no other programs running so am not sure what to do.

Someone has recently installed a bigger c drive for me and had a lot of problems with that, but finally sorted it out. This problem has occuered since, I would be grateful for any help as I am not a great computer whizz.
