Hi. My AVG keeps popping up all kinds of warnings about trojans on my PC. I ignored them for awhile deleting the ones I could. But having left my PC on unattended for 3 days I come back to find it needed a restore just to get working again.

On startup unless i close down some strange looking processes my PC will close down a number of processes before locking up completely.

Any help would be appreciated.

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.
Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.
