Hi, everytime I start my computer, this comes up:

Posted Image

It's on Swedish, but it says that a program wants acsess to internet (I have a modem),
to gain information from www.whatismyip.com. When I press Ctrl + Alt + Delete, go in to processes and end this process:

The window closes down, but after a couple of minutes, it comes up again. I can check the box that says "don't ask me this until the next time i log in", and the window won't pop up any longer, but it's still annoying. And what is the program? Shall i connect to the internet and give the program the information?
