I right click, and go to view source, but nothing happens. On every other computer Ive used, Ive been able to do it, but not on my own. Ive tried everything, but I cant seem to do anything about it. And before anyone asks, yes I do have notepad installed. Does anyone know what I need to do to change this?

Stab in the dark... do you have a pop-up blocker running that might not allow for this?

Notepad is a frequent target of malware programs. Try downloading a clean version of notepad.exe from here:
http://www.spywarein.../notepad_xp.zip
Save and unzip. Copy it to your C:\Windows\System32 folder
Let us know the results.
