[FONT=Times][COLOR=purple] Hi there! I sure hope someone can help me, I am leaving on Sunday and will be needing my laptop for work and I think it's been seriously hijacked. UGH!!

I have installed Nailfix, Ewido, Hijackthis and CCleaner and have run them several times in this order while in safe mode. Ewido found 10 infected on one occasion, 7, 8 and then finally 9! I then restarted my computer and everything seemed normal, but not for long all of a sudden 20+ internet windows opened up...'cannot find server' they would lock up my computer, so I ran all the above mentioned programs again...now what's happening is Winfixer 2005 window keeps popping up and I think that's the problem.

What should I do?

Shannon, did you do the HijackThis part of the advise? I see entries that should be there if you did. Can you please repeat that part and reboot. Then post me a fresh HijackThis log.

Thanks for replying.

I did run the hijack part just as you advised....I think I must have posted the wrong log. I just ran it again and when I typed in the second quote nothing came up. The program asked me to exit and recheck the format.

My computer does seem to be working perfectly now.
