I believe this is a driver? Where can I download a copy of 2kw9967.sys for windows 2000 pro.

hey
2kw9967.sys is a USB driver and the file you are really looking for is USBW9967.INF

check driverguide for sure, but first you may want to check any installation disks you received with a USB device.
