Please help i dont know what to do. I am not advanced when it comes to computers but i am trying to hook up my new camcorder to my computer and i get a screen on my camcorder that says that my computer does not support usb 2.0. I am wandering what i can do, if there is some hardware or something i can buy to add to my computer to make this work and if so were does it go.

You need to tell us what kind of computer you have. You can always install a usb2.0 card but they can be pretty expensive. You may be able to download new drivers for your system, but that depends on the model.
