I've been running into this problem a few times after removing spyware with spybot S&D. After removal of spyware, the person looses any ablility to use a web browser to view the internet. AOL still works fine, but only over dial up. I have used 5 different LSP fixers and even tried to put the spyware back with a system roll back and still nothing. I have a hijack log from them, but of course this is from my aunt and she isn't near by. Any suggestions or clues are helpful as formatting would be a pain for her as I am too far to help with it.
