Hello, my machine is running on Windows 2000 and it has been freezing during any action. Whether installation of a game or the middle of a movie. I do not understand as to how this is happening because I have 5 fans in the computer and am running on 512mb RAM. If I need to post anything esle to help along my progress, feel free to ask. Though I may need to know how to post it. All help is appreciated.

Check and see if the power supply is bad. You can take it to a local computer repair shop and they should be able to check it for a nominal fee if not free since it's pretty quick and easy to do. We don't charge to do it where I work, but I doubt you live by Milwaukee so that won't help you much.
