Help AIM VIDEO not working

One of my homies whos in a diff state now got a webcam, and can see herself but I cant see her. Its just white, and sometimes black, it kind of looks like it is frozen. Anyone know what the problem is? THanks

I have the windows firewall , i tried turning it off and the vid still didnt work. I dont know about her, I dont she does though.

In your settings for AIM, do you have it to allow videoing? (if there is an option of that sort.... I dont have aim)

there is nothing like that. Just tuning audio and mic
