So I asked many people what may be the problem and went through all different things to see what the problem is..
I also researched the error MSN is bringing up.. code 80048820.. I read that the problem is with Date/Time settings, proxy settings in MSN and Security settings etc.. I don't think Norton even works anymore.. past it's Expiry date heh heh..
I went through all the helping stuff I read, and it still doesn't work. Oh, and it's MSN 7.5... I think there may be something wrong with it? I don't know.
So uhm, a few people suggested looking through System Config and disabling things in Startup that shouldn't be there.. and I found elitepam32.exe.. I thought maybe it's effecting MSN so I disabled it and it asked me to restart in order to take effect..
I restarted and System Config tells me I changed things... But uhm.. I tick the box that says "Do not ask again on restart and don't open System Config.." etc.
I open System Config again to make sure it's disabled still and it isn't -_-
Our computer is completely stuffed.. and I hate things not working on the stupid thing.. Hopefully someone can help me x_X
I did the whole HJT thing.. if it would help any..
