I am having trouble removing certain malware from my computer:

1) a program called The Best Offers that keeps creating pop-up ads. This program cannot be removed with the control panel's add/remove feature (when you try to do this, they refer you to their company's site for their own uninstall software -- yeah, I'm not going to trust that);

2) a pop-up called "mmov".

I have followed the instructions on this website concerning malware quite closely (e.g. I have used Cleanup!, Ad-aware SE, Spybot S&D, Ewido, AVG, Trojanhunter and I have the SP2 installed).

Any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
