:tazz: I have tried to download from various sites and they say I have to have IE 5 or newer. I went to download 6sp2 and it says that is what I have. What is happening and how can I fix this? I just bought this HP pavilion, WinXP Pro, from someone else. I have been trying to fix problems with it. Also, when I downloaded my print program it said spooler service not running. I have talked to HP and Lexmark and they send me to each other. Can you help me with this also? Thanks for any help. Deb

I can't help you with yo first problem but the second one I can help with Go
Start < run and type services.msc
in the window that opens look for Print Spooler right click it and press properties and set it to automatic, now reboot. The print spooler error will now have gone.
