Hey why is it, that with some stuff, you say what is on your mind to them. Totally nice as possible, then they demot you.

Topics such as this can do nothing but spiral out of control and can lead to no good.
You were demoted because you seem to have a problem with the authority on this site and you wanted to bash an admin for doing his job. Even after you were told about the rules repeatedly.
