Still have spyware, keep getting popups still. Here is my Hijack this log:

Okay when I clicked on Windows updates it put sp2 on my computer and now because I have sp2 it won't let me download sp1a. Should I just say the heck with it and reinstall Windows XP? Thanks in advance
