Need Help Stopping [bleep]

A client brought this machine into my shop complaining of pornographic related popup and browser hijacks. I ran CWS Shredder, AdAware, BHO Demon, and SpyBot, all in Safe Mode after updating, fixed everything they found, which was substantial, rebooted, and although the computer's performance improved drastically the [bleep] sites continue to come up.
